International Cooperation  In line with the Laws of the Republic of Belarus "On Telecommunication" and "On Postal Communications" the Ministry of Communications and Informatization acts as the Administration of Telecommunication and Postal Communications of the Republic of Belarus. In accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization adopted by the Council of Ministers resolution No.302 of March 17, 2004 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization carries out foreign-economic activities in accordance with the established procedure, takes part in the activities of international organizations on communications and informatization in line with legislation, is entitled to conclude international treaties in the field of communications and informatization within its competence.
