On October 30, the XXX International Scientific and Technical Conference “Modern Telecommunications Means” was launched at the Belarusian State Academy of Communications.The event brought together scientists, researchers, and representatives of embassies, scientific, and educational institutions from 14 foreign countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, Yemen, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan).The conference opened with a welcoming address from Andrey Zenevich, Rector of the Academy of Communications, who emphasized the importance of such events for the development of scientific potential and the introduction of innovative technologies into practice.
