On August 6, 2026, a meeting was held between the Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, Kirill Zalessky, and the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Belarus, Kim Jeong-ha, on the occasion of the beginning of his diplomatic mission in our country.

On July 16, 2026, an agreement was signed in Shanghai to establish the World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization (WAICO).

Nearly three dozen countries became the founders of the new international organization. On behalf of the Republic of Belarus, the agreement was signed by Mr. Kirill Zalessky, Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus.

Today, a Round Table dedicated to the creation of safe digital space for the growing generation is taking place in Minsk.

On March 20, 2026, the third session of the Interagency Working Group (IWG) on preparations for the World Radiocommunication Conference 2027 (WRC-27) was held at the state enterprise “BelGIE”.
