The XXVIII International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies "TIBO-2022" was held in Minsk from June 6 to 10, 2022. The organizers of the forum are the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and CJSC "Technology and Communications". The general partner is RUE Beltelecom. This year, representatives of government bodies, international organizations, diplomatic missions, professional and business associations, research and educational institutions, public and private companies, mass media from 11 countries of the world (Austria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, South Korea). Representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications, the Regional Branch of the International Telecommunication Union, the Eurasian Development Bank, the Kursk Region, the Chuvash Republic, the Altai Territory, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Mordovia, Primorsky Krai, etc. took an active part in the forum. 190 organizations presented their products and services at the exhibition, including mobile and fixed-line operators, manufacturers and suppliers of telecommunications equipment, hardware and software, developers of high-tech products, security systems, intelligent solutions and services for the mass and corporate segment, scientific and educational organizations, as well as subjects of innovative infrastructure (technoparks, accelerators, incubators, business schools, etc.). The business program "TIBO-2022" included 35 thematic events, during which 300 reports were heard on the digital transformation of economic sectors and the public administration system. The key events were the IV Eurasian Digital Forum (EADF), the II Digital Economy Forum (DEF), the V Belarusian ICT Summit. The forum also hosted a summing up of the results of the Internet Award "TIBO-2022", the startup competition "Belarus ICT Startup Award", the Republican Competition for the support and development of youth initiatives "AGRO 4.0", as well as the Belarusian national qualifying stage of the V International Scratch Olympiad on Creative Programming among schoolchildren.
