The organizing committee for the preparation of the XXVIII International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies TIBO-2022 was created in Belarus

Н.Е. Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Roman Golovchenko signed a decree on its creation on December 10, 2021.

H.E. Minister of Communications and Informatization Konstantin Shulgan was appointed as the Chairman of the organizing committee.

The organizing committee included representatives of ministries, departments, associations and other organizations.

The created organizing committee was instructed to prepare and approve the concept of the XXVIII International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies TIBO-2022.

It should be noted that as of October 1, 193 telecommunication operators provide telecommunication services.

Minister Took Part in the Partner2Connect Meeting

Today, on September 21, the Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus Konstantin Shulgan took part in the Partner2Connect Meeting, which was held as a side event of the 76th session of the UN General Assembly.

As a result of the Meeting, it was announced the launch of the Partner2Connect Digital Coalition, created to foster the implementation of projects in various countries of the world in order to develop telecommunications infrastructure and digital transformation.

The 27th Congress of the Universal Postal Union, in which delegates from member countries as well as observers from international and regional organizations participate, continue its work.

The Belarusian delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization, Ms Natalya Gordeeenko, joined the UPU Congress by in-person representation.
